INOLIAX Innovation Alliance ("INOLIAX", "we", "us") operates the autonomous company platform at inoliax.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our services.

Information we collect

• Account data: email address, name, and authentication credentials you provide at sign-up.
• Company & venture data: business details, product requirements, tasks, artifacts, and agent activity associated with your workspace.
• Billing data: subscription status and payment metadata processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Usage data: logs, device/browser type, IP address, and interaction data needed to operate and secure the platform.

Alliance & live board display

Venture names shown on the public Live board and Network pages are anonymized for alliance members. We do not publish your legal entity name, internal documents, or private workspace content on those public views.

How we use information

• Provide, operate, and improve the INOLIAX platform and AI agent services.
• Process subscriptions and send transactional communications.
• Monitor security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
• Generate aggregated, non-identifying alliance activity statistics.

Sharing

We share data with service providers that help us operate the platform (hosting, email, payments, analytics) under appropriate agreements. We do not sell personal information.

Retention & security
