These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to the INOLIAX Innovation Alliance platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Service description
INOLIAX provides AI-assisted tools to plan, build, and operate early-stage ventures, including agent workflows, deployment assistance, alliance network features, and related integrations.
Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Fees, renewal terms, and cancellation options are presented at checkout. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the platform for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, scrape other users' private data, or disrupt service availability.
- You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant INOLIAX a license to host and process it to provide the service.

Agent outputs are provided for assistance only. You are responsible for reviewing, approving, and complying with applicable laws before publishing products, marketing, or financial claims.
Availability & changes
We may modify features, pricing, or these Terms with reasonable notice where required. The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, INOLIAX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
